Manage Details form can be used to check if any details required by Stripe are yet pending from your side. Yioop does not store or use any of the information provided by you, all the information is processed by Stripe only.
Start button will redirect you to Stripe site where you will be shown the details you have provided to Stripe and which details are still pending to be provided. When you have finished submitting your details, you will be asked to the Stripe Connected Account service agreements at which point you can redeem credits under the Redeem Credits tab. Yioop does not have any access to how any of your information been collected or used by the Stripe.
